Insurance and/or Self-Pay

Exchange Family Center accepts all forms of Medicaid and working on accepting private insurances, allowing many clients pay $0 to $55 per session in copays. We also welcome self-pay clients with rates of $200 to $240 for initial therapy sessions and $100 to $200 for follow-ups.

Your payment helps EFC provide access to low-cost therapy for eligible families.

Eligibility considerations:

Resident of Durham County AND meets one of the following criteria:

• DSS-involved

• Court-involved

• Qualifying low-income

• Victim of a crime

• Uninsured/underinsured
