What is the Financial Assistance Program?

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has awarded $5,000 to the Exchange Family Center to be dispersed (up to $250/per family) to members of our community in need of financial assistance from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.

Who can apply for assistance?

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have children under the age of 18 under their primary care.

Applicants who do not have children, or have an open/active Child Protection Services (CPS) case are ineligible.

Applications will be considered based on the name of the applicant and the address they provide. There will only be 1 award per address.

Please note: These funds are not to be considered as emergency funds. It may take up to 30 days for the funds to be released. If you are in need of emergency services please click one of the options below for a list of resources.

Las solicitudes se considerarán por el nombre del solicitante y la dirección escrita. Solo habrá 1 beneficio por dirección.
